2024 Facade and Interior Grant Applications Now Available
Façade enhancement grants are a dollar-for-dollar matching grant available up to $20,000. Eligible projects include, but are not limited to, painting and siding, brick maintenance, repair or replacement of exterior windows and doors, new or replacement awnings and exterior lighting, new or replacement commercial signage, landscaping, improvements to steps, parking, and more.

“The Buck Stays Here” Campaign is back! Together we’ll bring $28,000 in shopping dollars, which we will convert to $50.00 gift cards and sell for $25.00 each at various pop-up events in the community.

Trick Or Treat Returns To Gloucester Main Street
Gloucester Main Street Association, along with Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office will once again host one of Gloucester Main Street’s beloved events, Trick or Treat Gloucester Main Street will be held on Monday, October 31st, 5:30p-7:45p. A road closure will be in effect from 5p-8p starting at the historic Court Circle to Edgehill Shopping Center.

Main Street Preservation Trust welcomes the arrival of experienced nonprofit executive Diana West as the new Executive Director. West first came to Gloucester in 1994, visiting Brent and Becky’s – planning what her family still calls “the daffodil wedding.”

Gloucester County Library seeking public input on potential improvments – Main Street Preservation Trust to contribute $200,000
As part of an exciting, updated lease agreement, the Gloucester County Main Library, located in Main Street Center, will be receiving from the Main Street Preservation Trust (MSPT) approximately $200,000 over the next two years for various improvements to be made within the facility.
Main Street Preservation Trust announces 2022 Grantees
The 2022 cycle for our Façade and Interior Grants has been exciting. The matching funds awarded this year will help fund improvements made to individual commercial properties that enhance our entire Main Street business district.
